Day 3

I *think* (hope, pray...) that my leg is healing, and am cautiously optimistic that I'll be back to running this week!

Today, the plan calls for rest. 

You hear coaches and trainers talk about the importance of rest all the time, but it's probably the hardest part of any training plan for me.  I get addicted to the "runner's high" and sucked into the routine of daily runs.  Intentionally taking time and slowing down is something I need to work on in ALL aspects of my life. 

So, today I rest. Yoga, cooking, cleaning, and probably an episode or two of Gilmore Girls.
